I swear it happens with me all the time. When I decide to follow a diet plan, I schedule so many things at a time and at the end of the day, I end up ordering from dominoes, watching Netflix and eating an entire pizza.

Ingredients and the Recipe
- 1 bowl Hung Curd (Fat-free preferred)
- 1 small bowl Papaya
- ½ Apple
- ½ Orange
- ½ Banana (froze for half an hour)
- 4-5 strawberries
- 1 Tbsp Gel of Chia seeds (soaked in the water for 10 minutes only)
- A mixer/smoothie maker
Once you’re ready with all the ingredients, take them and put them in the mixer/smoothie maker and shake them well. This is it people and your weight loss mantra is ready.
Wasn’t it easy? You just have to get all the ingredients and let the mixer do its job. If the mixture gets too thick, add some water and you’re good to go.

Make this your dinner and drink it before 8.30 pm. You can have this for your breakfast as well. Do this for a month and you’ll feel the difference.

Apple: Fat-free (only 0.2%), full of antioxidants and fiber. Reduces the risk of diabetes, heart attack, bad cholesterol and so much more.
Orange: Good source of fiber and vitamin C and promotes weight loss and reduced the risk of having bad cholesterol.
Papaya: Low in calories and sugar, full of antioxidants and fiber, Papaya has so many health benefits. It promotes good heart and eye health, has anti-aging properties, helps with the Arthritis, improves the immune system and helps in weight loss.
Strawberries: Full of water and fiber, very low Carb content, full of Vitamin C and antioxidants.
Chia Seeds: Fat: 9 grams fat content (5 of which are Omega-3s), contains good amounts of antioxidants, good for skin and aids in weight loss.
Curd: Rich in high-quality protein, vitamins, and nutrients and improves digestion. The fat content in yogurt varies but you can use fat-free yogurt.
Banana: It is basically added as a blind riser in a smoothie. Banana is usually seen as something which increases your weight but this is a myth. Banana has low-fat content and is rich in micro minerals and potassium. It also improves heart health.
