For all the smoothie lovers out there, the healthy fruit smoothie recipe that I am going to show you will keep your health in check and it tastes really good as well.

 

Kiwi smoothie is a healthy placement and a perfect way to end all your smoothie cravings.

So, stay tuned and take out 5 minutes to keep yourself fit and healthy! trust me, this recipe is not going to take more than 5 minutes.

 

INGREDIENTS:

2 medium-sized Kiwi

150 ml Almond Milk

1 sliced Banana (60 gm approx)

7-8 crushed Almonds

 

PROCEDURE:

Step 1:

Cut the Kiwi into 4 halves

Step 2:

Slice the banana

Step 3:

Blend all the ingredients with coconut milk

Step 4:

Chill the smoothie. Add the crushed Almonds and serve

 

NOTE: This Kiwi smoothie is to be consumed within half an hour of preparation.

 

ALTERNATIVE INGREDIENT
  • As an alternative to Kiwi in kiwi smoothie, you can use seasonal fruits like Peach, Strawberry, Mango etc.
  • If you don’t have Almond milk then you can Coconut milk or Double toned milk.
  • Instead of Almonds, you can use different kinds of nuts like dried cranberries, cashews, walnuts, dried strawberries etc.

Kiwi may look small and weird but hello! Don’t judge the book by its cover. It is one of the healthiest fruits and the reason I am saying this is because of its nutritional value.

Kiwi comes with a pack full of Vitamin A, Vitamin B, Vitamin D and Vitamin C. In fact, the Vitamin C found in Kiwi is 154% approx which is 5 times more than Vitamin C in Orange. Not only this, Kiwi is full of Iron, Potassium, Magnesium, and Calcium as well and it has 0 fats.

Almond Milk:

As it contains Almonds, it is good for the health. Almonds are full of nutrients like Protein, Fibre, Vitamin E, Magnesium, Calcium, and, Potassium.

Banana:
