Kukure Snack recipe

Tedha hai par mera hai! Best Snack Recepie

Sounds familiar? Take a guess. Well! if you thought kurkure then yes you are right.

What is the one thing that you love the most about Kurkure?

Besides our love for its tedhi medhi shape (irregular shape), it really tastes good, easy to get, don’t put a hole in your pocket, and is filling as well (as compared to other Lays obviously). I guess it is not easy to mention one thing after all.

Like many other things, Kurkure has evolved over the years.

You get so many flavors these days but I have always liked the simple, regular Kurkure without any flavor. The other flavors do not taste as good as the regular one does (no offense to other flavors).

So, my personal favorite will always be the regular, original Kurkure.

So, taking this love into account, I am going to show you my personal favorite midnight snack recipe, using tedhe medhe Kurkure.

Stay tuned because you are going to love this simple, easy to make, yet palatable Kurkure midnight snack recipe. This is an easy snack to make and it can be used as midnight munchies as well as evening snacks for kids.

So, take out your notepad, a pen and keep them aside because you won’t need it, this is one of the easiest snacks to make.

Also, we thank Pepsico for bringing Kurkure into our lives.

So Now Let’s get started with the recipe:

Ingredients:

1 packet Kurkure ( like I said, I like the usual regular flavor and with this recipe, it tastes the best. But you can choose any flavor you like, it’s totally your choice)

1 onion

1 tomato

½ lemon

1 packet maggy noodles

2-3 tbsp Aloo bhujia

Coriander to garnish

Snack Recipe Making Process:

Step 1:

Take the Maggy noodles and crush it. Heat a non-stick pan (low heat) and roast the Maggy noodles on it for about 5 minutes. It will become brown and crispy.

Step 2:

Meanwhile, our Maggy is roasting, chop the onion, tomato and keep aside.

Step 3:

Take the roller and crush Kurkure. Empty the packet (with crushed Kurkure) into a bowl.

Step 4:

Add the roasted Maggy, chopped onion, tomato, lemon juice into the bowl and mix well. Add aloo bhujia and garnish it with coriander.

Tadaaa! Your Kurkure bhel is ready in just 4 steps. Wasn’t it easy? Well! try it out and do let us know the results. Don’t forget to mention the result in the comments below.
